The use of Cancer Fund for Children’s name and logos is permitted only under the following conditions:

    > It must be for non-commercial purposes, and any fundraising activities must directly benefit Cancer Fund for Children.
    > The logos must not be combined with any other names or graphic elements, nor should they be animated, manipulated, or altered in any way. This includes changes to colour, proportions, font, design, arrangement or perspective.
    > The logos must not be used in any way that implies endorsement, approval, sponsorship or affiliation with any goods, products, services or organisations not directly connected to Cancer Fund for Children.

Cancer Fund for Children reserves the right to request the removal of our name or logos from any materials if their use is deemed not to be in our best interest or inconsistent with our charitable aims and objectives.

 

Any other use of Cancer Fund for Children’s name and logos is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

 

Please note that certain information, materials, or photographs on our website may be the property of third parties and used with permission. These must not be reproduced or used without obtaining the appropriate consent from the copyright holder.

Examples of Acceptable Use

The following are examples of acceptable use, provided they meet the conditions outlined above:

    > Promoting a community fundraiser where all proceeds go to Cancer Fund for Children.
    > Creating posters or digital materials for an approved charity event that clearly identifies Cancer Fund for Children as the beneficiary.
    > Sharing social media posts that include our logo, unaltered, as part of an authorised campaign or fundraising effort.
