Cancer Fund for Children recruits Community Champions

Cancer Fund for Children is recruiting Community Champions to raise vital support in their local areas in aid of children and young people.

Cancer Fund for Children is recruiting Community Champions across the Island of Ireland who will raise vital funds and awareness in their local areas in aid of children and young people impacted by cancer.

These voluntary roles will involve assisting the Cancer Fund for Children fundraising team with events including facilitating and attending events, organising cheque presentations and taking part in launch photos. Each Community Champion will be provided with training and materials needed to fulfil their role. They will also be connected with the charity’s Volunteer Coordinator to support them in their activity.

The efforts of these incredible Community Champions will help inspire new communities to support Cancer Fund for Children as well as raise much needed funds and awareness of the need for their services.
