The Challenge
Join Team Daisy and take to the streets of Belfast on Sunday 3rd May 2026 in aid of Cancer Fund for Children!
A casual jaunt through Stormont Estate; a fast sprint along Montgomery Road; a brisk saunter up Boucher Road; a light jog along Falls Road; a swift stroll down Duncairn Gardens; and a wild gallop to the finish at Ormeau Park. Sounds like fun, right?
Cancer Fund for Children are calling on you to help us ensure that we can reach children and young people, and their families, impacted by cancer when they need us most.

Whether you are flying solo with the full marathon or gathering a team to take on the relay, it is time to take action and help us ensure no child has to face cancer alone.
Sign up via the official marathon website to secure your space today (we do not have spaces to give, you will pay your reg fee direct to the marathon organisers and they will organise your race number and timing chip), and fill in your details below to get your fundraising journey underway with a downloadable fundraising pack and an option to secure a free t-shirt / running vest.

If you are entering next year’s Belfast City Marathon and have family, friends, or colleagues attending to spectate, can they help us cheer on all of our amazing participants?
It’s easy! Wherever they plan to stand to clap, whistle, and cheer you on, we can provide them with t-shirts, balloons and banners to help them stand out and make a splash. These mini Team Daisy Cheer Teams can make a big difference in inspiring our amazing runners as they take on the course and keep them motivated.
If you aren’t intending to take part in the marathon but would still like to join in the fun and help us cheer everyone on, we would love to have your support!
We will also have 2 official cheer spots organised by the Cancer Fund for Children team on the Upper Newtownards Road and Ormeau Road.
