It’s time to put your best foot forward and help raise vital funds to ensure no child has to face cancer alone!
Sign up to run as part of Team Daisy
We are so thrilled you are interested in joining Team Daisy for 2027 and helping us to make an incredible impact in the lives of children and young people, and their families, impacted by cancer. Thank you.
Every month across the island of Ireland, up to another 40 children and young people (aged 0-24) are diagnosed with cancer.
With amazing people like you by our side, we can continue to be there offering the right support at the right time – in family homes in every county, in local communities, on the hospital wards in Belfast and Dublin, and at our therapeutic short break centre, Daisy Lodge, in Newcastle, Co. Down. Our second Daisy Lodge in Cong, Co. Mayo is currently under construction and due to open in Spring 2027 allowing us to reach even more families with vital support when they need it most.
So, are you ready for the challenge? Let’s do it!
Whether you are securing your own place and fundraising for us, or seeking to apply for a charity place, read on below to find out how to get signed up and get your running and fundraising journey underway.
Sign up for a public space
Public applications for the 2027 Belfast City Marathon are now open!
Sign up for your marathon or team relay place through the official Eventmaster registration page (please note, you will pay a £73/£75 reg fee for the full marathon or £155 for a relay team which goes direct to the official marathon organisers), and make sure to select ‘Cancer Fund for Children’ as your chosen charity to support.
You will automatically be set up with an Eventmaster fundraising page for us, and there is no minimum fundraising target! Simply raise what you can with the support of family, friends and colleagues.
If you would like additional support to help you on your fundraising journey, don’t hesitate to contact our team on 028 9080 5599 / 01 562 1580 or email events@cancerfundforchildren.com.
Public spaces have sold out quickly the last few years and are set to once again sell out by Halloween. Get your space secured today so you don’t miss out!
