Phil Alexander has been part of the Services Team for 8 years. He has a Masters in Youth and Community work and has worked for the last 15 years in both the statutory and voluntary sector developing services for children, young people and their families.
Prior to becoming Director of Services, Phil spent four years working as the Residential Services Manager where he was instrumental in developing Cancer Fund for Children’s Therapeutic Services to include Short Breaks and Residential Group Work at Daisy Lodge and Narnia.
Phil’s extensive experience of direct service delivery provides him with an in-depth insight and knowledge of the needs of families impacted by cancer.
He is innovative and creative in his approach and is passionate about ongoing service development. Phil is a recent graduate of Common Purpose’s, Meridian Leadership Programme.
