This week’s Therapeutic Thursday video is about sleep. Challenges getting to and staying asleep are issues that many families, especially those faced with a cancer diagnosis experience, and during this worrying time people may find that their sleep has been affected.

In this short video our Cancer Support Specialist Laura O’Hare discusses the benefits of getting the right amount of good quality sleep. She looks at some of the issues that have a negative impact on our sleep and shares some helpful tools and strategies to help us overcome difficulties with sleep.
