Connections Team Manager
Cancer Fund for Children’s vision is to ensure that no child or young person across the island of Ireland has to face cancer alone. The charity has over 30 years’ experience delivering support and services to children, teenagers and young adults living with cancer and their families.
Due to the development of our services across Ireland, we are now recruiting for a Connections Team Manager who will lead on the operational delivery of this central referral team within our services.
They will manage a dynamic and skilled team to deal with ongoing enquiries, referrals, and direct engagement with families, supporting them to access both internal and external supports.
