Are you passionate about making a real difference? Cancer Fund for Children is recruiting a compassionate and motivated Connections Support Worker to join our dedicated team.

In this support role, you’ll be part of our wider Connections Team, working to ensure that every family referred to us, and eligible for support feels welcomed, understood, and fully connected to our services. You’ll provide skilled, compassionate, and flexible support remotely, guiding families from their first contact with us and throughout their time with us.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience delivering support services to children/young people and families
  • Communicates with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
  • Can work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment

Based from our head office in Belfast, this is a full time role (35 hours per week) with a fixed term 12 month contract.
