You are invited to join Cancer Fund for Children at Antrim Castle Gardens on Saturday 4th March 2023 for a 1-mile, family friendly walk in silly or uncomfortable shoes to reflect the often-difficult journey that children and young people can have when navigating cancer.

Cancer Fund for Children supported me by giving me someone to talk to, someone that I could share my feelings and thoughts with comfortably. I wasn’t able to do this before.”  Aisha

Join us and help ensure young people like Aisha don’t have to face cancer alone.

Join us on Saturday 4th March in Antrim Castle Gardens and put your best foot forward in support of young people impacted by cancer. Its costs just £5 per adult and under 16s go free.

We will take on a 1-mile route of the beautiful grounds starting from the Events Pavilion. Registration opens at 1.30pm with walk start at 2pm. Silly or uncomfortable shoes are encouraged!

The ground is flat gravel and concrete path that should be accessible for prams and wheelchairs so bring along all the family!

There is no set minimum sponsorship for this event but we ask that everyone raise what they can in support of our vital work to ensure no child has to face cancer alone 💛 We can provide sponsorship forms, balloons, buckets, banners… whatever you may need to support your fundraising efforts! Once you sign up here through Enthuse, you will also be automatically set up with an online fundraising page so make sure to share it far and wide with family, friends, and colleagues.

Walk a mile around your office building with colleagues, your playground at school with pupils and teachers, your club grounds with your team mates, or in a local park with family and friends. We need as many people as possible on board this March to ensure that we can continue to be there for young people and their families when they need us the most, so it is time to spring to action wherever live across the island of Ireland!

You will receive a free fundraising pack with tips on how to make the most out of your day and our Fundraising Team are only a phone call or email away for any extra materials or advice you may need.
