Christmas at Cancer Fund for Children
December 1, 2019 - December 31, 2019
This December during the Christmas period, 12 local families will hear the devastating news that their child has cancer and countless more children will be struggling with their parents cancer diagnosis. Why not make a real difference by supporting one of our Christmas campaigns.
We are encouraging local businesses, schools, clubs, churches and individuals across Northern Ireland to help us connect, empower and strengthen young people and families so they are able to cope with the devastating impact a cancer diagnosis has on the whole family.
Here are some of the ways you can get involved:
All Wrapped Up
All Wrapped Up is back for its seventh year and we know you can’t wait to dig out your finest and worst Christmas jumpers to support local children and families impacted by cancer. Grab your festive jumpers, hats or tinsel and get your free All Wrapped UP pack here.
Dine and Donate
Calling all restaurants! Feel good this festive season by signing up to our Dine and Donate campaign which encourages your diners to add small donation of £1 to their bill. If you would like your restaurant to get involved find out more here or contact our Corporate Fundraiser Sarah Clements.
We have a lovely selection of Christmas cards available in our online shop. By purchasing our cards you will not only be helping to send some festive cheer you will also be raising vital funds to help local children and families living with cancer. Purchase your cards from the comfort of your home here.
Presents for Pounds
Swap presents for pounds this festive season and make a difference. Instead of receiving Christmas presents from pupils, we are inviting school staff to ask parents to make a donation to Cancer Fund for Children. Find out how your school, nursery or day care can get involved here.
Are you ever stuck for a gift idea? Send an extra special Christmas present by purchasing one of our Gifts with a Difference. We will send you a card that describes the difference your money could be making. You can then personalise the card before you send it. Purchase your gift with a difference here.
